If you see a continuous refresh error please try logging out and logging in again. If you’re still seeing the error, it’s likely that it’s being caused by a Chrome extension.

The following extensions have been known to cause issues when using Atomic:

If you have a Chrome extension enabled from your bank or a language translator, this could also be causing issues.

You may also experience issues if you have a third party cookie blocker installed.

Whitelist your extensions

We recommend whitelisting your extensions one by one to see which one is causing the error. If you do find out which extension it was, we’d appreciate if you could let us know so we can add it to the above list. You could also try using Atomic in Incognito mode.

Update to the latest version of Chrome

We also recommend ensuring your version of Chrome is up to date. You can view the latest stable versions of Chrome here.

  1. In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu > Update Google Chrome. If you don't see this button, you're on the latest version.
  2. Click Relaunch. Your tabs and windows will be saved. If you'd prefer not to restart right away, click Not now. The next time you restart your browser, the update will automatically be applied.

Still getting an error?

If the refresh error persists, please contact us. Include detailed steps as to what you were doing in the editor when the error occurred and/or a video.

On occasion we may also need a screenshot of your Javascript console in Chrome when in Atomic. To do this, go to the Chrome hamburger menu > more tools > Javascript console.
