If you're experiencing a blank, white screen or missing some panels in Atomic it's likely that you're not on the latest version of stable Chrome. We recommend ensuring your version of Chrome is up to date (view the latest stable versions of Chrome here).
Need to download Chrome? You can do so for free, here.
We don't currently support Chrome Canary (developer version). For now we recommend using the stable version of Chrome when using Atomic.
How to check which version of Chrome you're using
- In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu > Help > About Google Chrome. From here you'll see which version of Chrome you're on.
- If you're not on the latest version, it will suggest that you update.
If you need to update to to the latest version of Chrome
- In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu > Update Google Chrome. If you don't see this button, you're on the latest version.
- Click Relaunch. Your tabs and windows will be saved. If you'd prefer not to restart right away, click Not now. The next time you restart your browser, the update will automatically be applied.
Still not running smoothly?
It may be one of your Chrome extensions causing the error - more on this here.
