Will I still be able to use Atomic Prototyping until the sunset?

Yes, if you have a current account. Atomic Prototyping will remain available to current users until the final sunset date on 30 June 2019 at 9:00 p.m. UTC.

What will happen to my work in Atomic Prototyping at the sunset date?

All your prototypes and their share links will remain available right up until 30 June 2019 at 9:00 p.m. UTC. After 30 June 2019 at 9:00 p.m. UTC, the system will be shut down and customer data permanently deleted within 30 days.

You can close your account and remove your data at any time prior to 30 June 2019 at 9:00 p.m. UTC.

The existing feature to export pages as images will continue for those users who would like to retain flattened page layouts of their work.

If I am a customer, what will happen to my billing?

You can continue your subscription through till 30 June 2019 at 9:00 p.m. UTC. If you no longer require the features and support that come with your paid subscription, you can downgrade to our free plan.

Your last subscription charge will be in May 2019 (subscriptions are paid one month in advance). You can contact us to request copies of your invoices at any time.

If your team is on an annual prepaid subscription, we will be contacting your team administrator separately.
